Since 1999, H.L. has been involved with institutional brokerage and investment firms covering all property types of the commercial real estate industry. H.L.'s experience includes the underwriting of equity offerings and real estate acquisitions in excess of $5 Billion. Additionally, H.L. has also performed asset management roles for both pension fund advisory and German syndication firms, covering the office, industrial and retail property sectors. Currently, H.L. is responsible for investment transactions and oversees the asset valuation and due diligence programs for BridgePointe's Investment Group.

Ms. Britt is the Marketing Director for BridgePointe Advisors. In addition to extensive marketing experience, Ms. Britt is a licensed real estate specialist. Ms. Britt is responsible for systematic communication with the trade and client base, introducing properties to the market and establishing a strategic dialogue with interested parties. After graduating with honors from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Ms. Britt wrote and produced on-air promotions for NBC in Burbank, California. She went on to News America Marketing where she placed large promotional budgets for advertisers such as Ralston-Purina and KFC. Prior to joining BridgePointe, Ms. Britt enjoyed a successful career in residential and commercial real estate sales.

Heather Wilson is the Marketing Coordinator at BridgePointe Advisors. Prior to joining BridgePointe, she was with Ikon Office Solutions for 16 years, employed as an Inventory Control Specialist/Administrative Assistant. Ms. Wilson graduated in 1989 from Massey Business College in Atlanta Georgia with a degree in Business Administration.
